Booking & Cancellation Policy
Bookings through lifeinbloomyoga.com
Bookings
Bookings close 1 hour before the scheduled class start time.

If a class has not reached the minimum number of participants by that time, it may be cancelled. In that case, all booked participants will receive a full refund or may choose to transfer their booking to a future class.
Cancellations
All classes booked directly through lifeinbloomyoga.com must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the start of the class.

More than 24 hours before class:
You may cancel for a full refund or reschedule your booking to a future class.

Within 24 hours of class start:
Cancellations and refunds are no longer possible, but you may reschedule your booking to a future class.
Missed classes or late cancellations CANNOT be refunded but CAN be rescheduled.

If a class is cancelled by Life in Bloom Yoga, any payment made or class pack credit used for that booking will be refunded or returned to your account.
Bookings through partners or third parties
Classes booked through a partner, collaborator, or third-party platform are subject to that provider’s own booking and cancellation policies. Please refer to their website or booking confirmation for details.​
Class Pack Purchases
Life in Bloom Yoga offers an Intro Class Pack, as well as 5-class and 10-class packs, for use on eligible classes booked through lifeinbloomyoga.com.
Intro Class Pack
The Intro Class Pack is designed for new students who would like to experience Life in Bloom Yoga before committing to a larger class package.

Includes:
2 class credits.
​
Validity:
Valid for 1 month from the date of purchase. Any unused class credits will expire after this period.
​
Limit:
One Intro Class Pack per household.
5-Class and 10-Class Packs
For students who plan to attend classes regularly, Life in Bloom Yoga offers 5-class and 10-class packs.
Includes:
5 or 10 class credits.
​
Validity:
Valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. Any unused class credits will expire after this period.
All Class Packs
The following terms apply to all Life in Bloom Yoga class packs.

Eligible classes:
Class packs may be used for eligible in-studio Blooming Balance and Mini & Me classes booked through lifeinbloomyoga.com.

Use of credits:
One class credit may be used for one eligible in-studio class.
​
At Home & third-party bookings:
Class packs cannot be used for At Home classes, private sessions, or classes booked through partner or third-party platforms, which are subject to their own pricing and policies.

Rescheduling & cancellations:
Class pack bookings follow the standard Booking & Cancellations Policy (see above). If you reschedule a class within the allowed timeframe or a class is cancelled by Life in Bloom Yoga, your credit will be returned to your class pack.

Unused credits:
Any unused class credits will expire once the validity period ends.
​
Non-refundable:
Class packs are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
​
Non-transferable:
Class packs are for individual use only and may not be shared or transferred to another person unless explicitly stated otherwise.
