Any personal information you share with Life in Bloom Yoga — including contact details, booking information, health notes, or intake form responses — is treated as confidential. This information is used only for the purpose of providing classes, communicating relevant updates, and supporting your participation safely and respectfully.

Shared experiences
Life in Bloom Yoga classes are designed to be supportive spaces where participants may choose to share personal experiences, reflections, or challenges.

All participants are expected to respect the privacy of others. Anything shared verbally or emotionally during or around class time should remain within the group and not be discussed or shared outside of it without explicit permission.
Photos and videos
To protect the privacy of all participants — especially children — the following guidelines apply:

Participants may not take photos or videos of others (including children) without clear, prior consent from everyone involved.

Any photography or filming by Life in Bloom Yoga for promotional or communication purposes will always be communicated in advance.

Participation in photos or videos is always optional, and opting out will be fully respected without question.
Images will never be used in a way that feels misleading, intrusive, or unsafe.
Children and caregivers
When children are present, caregivers remain responsible for protecting their child’s privacy as well as respecting the privacy of others. This includes being mindful about photos, videos, and sharing information about other families.
Community spaces
This policy applies not only during classes, but also to any community spaces connected to Life in Bloom Yoga, including post-class gatherings, workshops, pop-ups, and online spaces such as WhatsApp groups or email communications.
