Class Description
A parent-and-child yoga class centered on intentional together time, moving, breathing, and connecting with your child. Activities support age-appropriate development. In the Mini & Me (Babies) class, little ones aged 6 weeks to pre-crawlers practice playful yet gentle movements to introduce body awareness, support digestion, build strength in tummy time, and more, while caregivers also get space to stretch, reset, and enjoy a moment of calm together. Pregnant/postpartum caregivers are welcome. No previous yoga experience necessary. No pose, movement, or activity will ever be forced. Minis are welcome to vocalize their needs as they wish without judgment. 1 Hour Session • 45 Minutes: connecting with your little one through yoga • 15 Minutes: connecting with people going through this same messy adventure (tea & coffee provided) Practical Notes • Babies Class: 6 weeks to pre-crawlers • 1 booking = 1 Caregiver + 1 Mini • Bring 1-2 toys & a blanket for Mini • Bring any other essentials for you & Mini (bottles, snacks, etc.) • Wear comfy clothes for movement • Yoga mats & water are provided, but you are welcome to bring your own • Space is limited, so please bring Mini via foot or carrier if possible, strollers/prams only as last resort

Cancellation Policy
All classes booked directly through lifeinbloomyoga.com must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the start of the class. • More than 24 hours before class: You may cancel for a full refund or reschedule your booking to a future class. • Within 24 hours of class start: Cancellations and refunds are no longer possible, but you may reschedule your booking to a future class. Missed classes or late cancellations CANNOT be refunded but CAN be rescheduled. To cancel or reschedule a class, email hello@lifeinbloomyoga.com. --- Please note that classes booked through a partner, collaborator, or third-party platform (such as Monti’s World) are subject to that provider’s own booking and cancellation policies.
